Administration interface overview
The Administration section of the app lets you configure those features which are shared by different modules. The overview of the features is presented in the table below:
Resource manager allows you to add new resources and to define the related information concerning resources:
The information is used by the Gantt module and Resources module to automate the planning our your tasks.
Global Teams can be used across multiple Programs and they can be easily converted to Program level teams. The concept of teams is used mainly in the Resources, Roadmap and Board modules but as the information about the team is stored as a label or a custom field, it can be also displayed using Gantt, Scope or Risks module.
Teams can be synchronised with Tempo app.
|Workload plans||The workload plans are the basis for the resource capacity ie. they determine the resources availability during the week.|
The holiday plans allow to define the unavailability of the resource. There are two types of holidays:
|Skills||Each resource possesses skill which can be defined in this section. It is also possible to plan for new skills which will be acquired in future.|
|Story point velocity||The capacity resulting form workload plans and reduced by the holiday plans can be converted to Story Points so that the Resources module can be used by agile teams.|
|Risk card||Risk card used by the Risks module can customised by adding different Jira fields to the card.|
|Custom actions||Custom actions allow integrating the Programs with company intranet, external resources or other areas of Jira.|
Show recently opened Program in the app's menu found on the Jira header.
