BigPicture Enterprise is an extension for BigPicture Project Portfolio Management application, which specifically addresses the needs of large-scale companies (including the ones with a distributed workforce) by bringing more of a portfolio/solution-level outlook on top of the 'standard' multiple-program view.
Key new features
PI level reporting in 'Board' and 'Roadmap' modules
With BigPicture Enterprise extension you are allowed to switch to "Reports mode" not only at the Iteration level, but also at the Program Increment level in Roadmap and Board 2.0 modules.
Cross-program resources planning and reporting
Cross-Program view for the resources management module eliminates the all-too-often problem of a Project Manager assigning tasks to a resource, not knowing that another PM already did so in a different project. With Enterprise, you always know the actual, absolute capacity and allocation, no matter how convoluted the decision processes are.
Defining custom link-based actions
Custom actions allow you to integrate the list of Programs with company intranet, external resources or other areas of JIRA. Read more about it here.
Synchronizing Program Increment with a given custom field
Once configured, the scope of a Program Increment will update automatically by synchronizing with the specified field (Timebox synchronized field). More about this feature and its configuration read here.
Fully customizable reporting with a brand new module — 'Reports'
The reports page can be customized by editing the grid. Each row can be fit up to three columns i.e. three different charts. More about Reports module here.
