This section of the Administration provides an overview of available resources.

There are four different sections available:

  • Individuals - allowing to add new Resources and assign their Workload and Holiday plans and Skills
  • Workload plans - allowing to add new and edit current Workload plans
  • Holiday plans - allowing to add new and edit current Holiday plans
  • Skills - allowing to define teams and has the option to assign different skills to team members

You can modify the settings in the BigPicture drop down at the top > Administration > Resources.


Users with the App Admin and App Resource Admin security roles can access and manage the resources using the "Resources" tab.
