Export

Export requires the BigTemplate app.

 Export your risks as:

• • • XLSX
    • PDF image

When you click the "Export" button, the following pop-up will appear:

XLSX export takes the table data positioned below the Risk matrix and exports it into a file.

Column views - adjusting export data

You can change the export data by adjusting the column view below the Risk matrix. The export will include all table columns. 

When adding columns, you can choose between connected tool fields and "built-in" fields. For more information, go to the Concept of a field page. 

To add a column click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the table:

Columns will display information based on their respective selected fields:

Each column can be further customized by clicking on the wrench icon, but column view customization has no impact on export data:
