it may mean that you are having problems with your application cache.
How to solve such problems?
There is a simple one-click way to try and solve such problems. All it takes is going to JIRA ADMINISTRATION >> Manage apps >> BigPicture/BigGantt >> Technical info menu,
finding the and clicking the "Clear cache", "Clear permission cache" and "Fix Integrity Checker errors". That's it.
